Position: Certified Phlebotomy Tech

Location: Redding, CA

Department: Clinical Lab 

Shifts Available: Days & Nights

Salary Range: $1,320– $1,760 per week (base gross), based on a 40-hour (4x10-hour) schedule; equivalent to $30.00 – $40.00 per hour.

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

• Performs venipuncture and skin puncture for specimen collection
• Prepares and processes lab specimens
• Completes basic clerical tasks and data entry
• Applies lab test terminology knowledge
• Demonstrates strong patient communication and service
• Maintains supplies and cleanliness of lab areas
• Operates lab equipment per procedures
• Assists with general lab support and specimen handling

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High School Diploma, or equivalent, required.
2. Current and valid state certification as a CPT I, required.
3. BLS certification upon hire and maintain current.
4. Minimum of one (1) year of clinical laboratory experience, required.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $30.00 to $40.00. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
