Overview

Position: Nuclear Medicine Technologist 

Location: Lewiston, Maine 

Department: Radiology Diagnostic 

Shifts Available: Days 

Pay: up to $1,624.80 – $2,346.80 gross per week

Assignment Length: 12 weeks

Responsibilities

  • Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality imaging
  • Supports the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
  • Performs and assists with nuclear medicine imaging procedures
  • Processes and transmits images to PACS

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

 

1. Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, A.R.R.T. or N.M.T.C.B. Certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required.
2. Current BLS (AHA or ARC) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
3. Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
4. One year of acute, clinical radiology experience is required.
5. At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist required.
6. Knowledge of mobile and stationary Radiographic / Fluoroscopic equipment.
7. Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is required.
8. Proficient computer skills.
