Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):
Deliver high-quality care to critically ill patients by performing detailed assessments, developing care plans, and implementing complex nursing intervention. Use advanced equipment like cardiac monitors, pulse oximeters, blood pressure monitors, ventilators, infusion pumps, and capnography devices to continuously track vital signs and physiological parameters. Safely administer medications, intravenous fluids, and blood products with precise dosing and timing, closely monitoring patient responses to ensure effectiveness and prevent adverse reactions. Manage life-support devices such as ventilators, dialysis machines, and cardiac monitors. Provide emotional support and education to patients' families, acting as a liaison to ensure they understand the care being provided.Document all aspects of patient care to ensure continuity and compliance while rigorously maintaining infection control and safety protocols to protect vulnerable patients

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $37.80 to $52.92. This compensation estimate is specific to California and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
