Staff RN is directly accountable to the OR Charge Nurse and the Director of Surgical Services, and indirectly to the House Supervisor.
The Registered Nurse (RN) is accountable for the comprehensive delivery of both direct and indirect patient care in the peri-operative environment, employing the nursing process, which encompasses assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role extends across diverse patient demographics, including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and older adults.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING
Premiere Healthcare Staffing provides competitive compensation. The reasonable pay estimate for this position is $61.21-77.53 per hour, applicable to California residents. This estimate has not been adjusted for other locations. The actual compensation offered will be based on several factors, including skill level, relevant experience, education, certifications, and licensure.
