As a RN on our Ortho Neuro unit, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Deliver safe patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. 
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and/or response to treatment. 
• Provide a safe environment for patients and visitors. 
• Utilize the chain of command when necessary to ensure patient well-being and appropriateness of care

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.      Current and valid state RN License.

2.      Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.

3.      Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current preferred.

4.      Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.

5.      Ventilator Management experience preferred.

6.      Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

7.      Minimum of one year of experience required.

Premiere Healthcare Staffing offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $42.42 to $57.10. This compensation estimate is specific to Illinois and has not been adjusted for any other geographic location.
